In September 2020, I founded MIndful Inner Change in Chandler, AZ, where I'm an alternative therapy practitioner, author, educator, and public speaker. Supporting the Vision Journaling™ process, educating on nature–based lifestyles, guiding individuals on their healing journeys, and empowering others to embrace their authenticity and strengths.
I offer an effective alternative to traditional talk therapy (psychotherapy) that includes EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), and hypnotherapy as my main package. Utilizing intuition and viewing each person as the complex and unique individual that they are, I complement treatment with other services such as mindfulness, meditation, breath work, and others.
I also make recommendations or referrals to naturopaths, nutritionists, couple’s therapists, end-of-life doulas, and more. You have a unique story in this lifetime and are deserving of a compassionate healing journey. I provide a safe space where there is no judgment for any of your life experiences. I accept clients whose issues span a wide range of challenges.
